A friend recommended an interesting book called “The Dog Poop Initiative“. It’s about taking personal responsibility, whether something is our “job” or not.

Although it’s an unusual (and maybe off-putting) title, the idea behind the poop initiative is that pointing out the mess isn’t enough—someone has to step forward and clean it up. We need to spend less time pointing out problems and more time coming up with solutions.
