If I had a dime for every &quot;multi-tasking&quot; or &quot;people skills&quot; or &quot;paradigm&quot; phrase I&#039;ve seen on a resume or cover letter, I could retire a wealthy woman. That&#039;s why it&#039;s important to not use a generic resume -- spend the little extra time to tailor your resume to the exact job you&#039;re hiring for, focusing it on the keywords listed in the job requirements.

I would try to always focus on what YOU can do for your employer.  If your resume is focused on the needs of the hirer, your resume is chosen.  At the interview, stay just as focused on the company needs.</description>
